Form 1 to 6 Applications for 2026 are Now Open!

Checheche High School invites all recently graduated Grade 7 students to apply for Form 1 places. To apply online, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Gather Required Documents

- Grade 7 Certificate (or provisional results)
- Birth Certificate
- ID or Proof of Residence (parent/guardian)
- Contact Information (email, phone number, and address)

Step 2: Access the Online Application Form

- Click on the "Admissions" or "Apply Online" tab
- Fill out the online application form with accurate information

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

- Personal Details:
    - Name
    - Date of Birth
    - Address
    - Contact Information
- Academic Background:
    - Grade 7 results
    - Previous school
- Guardian Information:
    - Name
    - Contact Information
    - Relationship to student

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

- Scan or upload the following documents:
    - Grade 7 Results Transcript (for form 1) Or most recent academic results from your previous school (for transfers)
    - Birth Certificate
    - ID or Proof of Residence (parent/guardian)

Step 5: Submit the Application

- Review and confirm all information is accurate
- Click "Submit" to complete the application process
- Print or save a copy of the confirmation page for your records
